Every DARK MODE order ships from Queens, NY.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. We don’t ship internationally yet.
Processing time
Orders ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll get an email as soon as your order is on its way.
Rates and delivery
- The lower 48 states, D.C., U.S. territories and APO/FPO: free on orders of $50 or more, $7.99 on orders under $50.
- Alaska and Hawaii: $12 flat rate.
In the continental U.S., delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after your order ships. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories can take longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions started on darkmodematcha.com ship free on every delivery, including to Alaska and Hawaii. They ship on the schedule you choose, and you can skip, pause or change it anytime from your account.
Damaged, wrong or missing
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email brandon@darkmodematcha.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement. See our Refund Policy for details. If a package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, reach out and we’ll do what we can.
